Scott Chapman, President and CEO
Scott Chapman is the President/CEO and co-founder of Project Hosts. Scott defines the company's vision and direction, sets strategy and drives overall business goals. In addition, he directs all sales, marketing, partner ecosystem and strategic relationships. Scott is a pioneer and market-maker in cloud-based Microsoft applications hosting. He founded two hosting companies, both of which were focused on enabling Microsoft partners to leverage the cloud. His first startup, founded in 1999 was acquired by a public company. Scott holds a bachelor's degree from Yale and a PhD in Physics from UC Berkeley. Scott's pre-cloud hosting years included a successful management consulting career at McKinsey and Company. James Flavin, CTO and Co-Founder
James Flavin is the CTO and co-founder of Project Hosts. James sets the company's technology vision and defines and drives its Custom Cloud Architecture™ (CCA) and Data Center Design Reference Platform (dcDRP). These core elements provide the foundation for the company's unique offering - Microsoft PPM, SharePoint and CRM Custom Cloud solutions. James is the principal architect of the Custom Cloud solution, and one of the world's most technically advanced and successful Microsoft hosting operations. James has over 20 years of experience in the computer industry with an emphasis on platform delivery for application software and holds various Microsoft certifications including MCSE and MCDBA.
Mike Foster, VP Marketing
Mike Foster is the VP Marketing for Project Hosts. Mike creates and propagates the company's core business proposition, product value propositions and economic value propositions through strategic web marketing, public relations, social media marketing and partner engagement programs. He works closely with the partner ecosystem to equip and enable sales and marketing teams in selling cloud-based solutions. Mike's career spans more than 25 years with an emphasis on strategic partner marketing and selling. Throughout his career, Mike has been a part of an IPO on NASDAQ, 2 company acquisitions, as well as participating directly with several startup ventures. Ron Luchansky, Director, Partner Sales
Ron Luchansky is the Director of Partner Sales and Engagement for Project Hosts. Ron has been a key member of the Project Hosts sales team for more than 4 years. Ron manages the day to day relationships, sales requests, RFIs and RFPs for the company's PPM, CRM and SharePoint partner ecosystems. As the key point person for our partners' sales teams, Ron delivers custom partner proposals, sales quotes, deployment configurations, and other elements required by partners. Prior to Project Hosts, Ron held a variety of customer service, sales, web-development and management positions for companies located throughout Pennsylvania. Todd Pugsley, Director, Data Center Operations
Todd Pugsley is the Director, Data Center Operations for Project Hosts. Now in his 8th year with the company Todd creates policy, implements processes and directs operation and support across all Project Hosts data centers to ensure the company meets is 99.9% uptime guarantee. This requires monitoring and managing infrastructure operations across multiple tier 1 data centers, overseeing complex server deployments and migrations, and managing the staff necessary to deliver the company's unique Person-2-Person support policy. Todd has more than 13 years of experience with large scale enterprise server environments that includes all aspects of deployment and ops. Todd's direct expertise includes the following: 10 Microsoft certifications, and proficiency with over 100 specific OS, database, application, development, network, monitoring components.
Ed Henderson, Director, Portal and Applications
Ed Henderson is the Director of Portal and Applications development for Project Hosts. Ed has been with Project Hosts for more than 5 years and is the primary software development manager creating a seamless user and partner experience from server-side to client-side in Custom Cloud deployments. In addition to developing core apps that control and monitor server and network management functions such as backups, remote desktop access, custom Project Server, CRM and SharePoint app modules, Ed helps define the technical architecture used for specific applications in large, distributed deployments. Prior to Project Hosts, Ed worked for 18 years in senior IT positions. Ed has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor's of Science in ME from West Virginia University.
