24x7 monitoring and maintenance of the EPM environment
24x7 email and phone support of the security, availability, and performance of the EPM environment.
Daily backup of all project data, views, risks, issues, and documents
A provisioning tool that allows you to add or disable users whenever you want
The ability for your administrator to download weekly "off-hours" backups from our data center to your location
Terms are month-to-month

Custom configuration of your EPM environment with project templates, views, and project guides to match organization's project management processes (although you will have the permission to do these customizations yourself)
