    3. Daily backup of all project data, views, risks, issues, and documents
    4. A provisioning tool that allows you to add or disable users whenever you want
    5. The ability for your administrator to download weekly "off-hours" backups from our data center to your location
    6. Terms are month-to-month
    		 We can also offer you:
    1. Project management consulting services
    2. Custom configuration of your CRM environment to match organization's needs (although you will have the permission to do these customizations yourself)
    3. Training on the Microsoft CRM solution
    4. Application support and administration
