Personal Data that we collect or store
Personal Data means any information relating to "an identifiable person". This includes information about a natural person directly identified by an identification number or indirectly with one or more facts that relate to his/her "physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity."
In the provision of our services, Project Hosts may collect Personal Data such as your name, email address, other contact details, or credit card number. You have the option to enter additional Personal Data into the applications that we are hosting for you.
Project Hosts may also log information about users including, but not limited to, how much time users spend performing various application functions, which IP addresses (your unique internet address) users are coming from, and any issues users have with our services.
Use of Personal Data
Project Hosts may use Personal Data in the provision and administration of its services.
Project Hosts may also use Personal Data to maintain and improve the security, reliability, performance, and experience of its services.
Sometimes Project Hosts and a consulting firm will partner together to jointly provide a hosted solution to a customer. In these cases, the consulting partner typically has access to the customer's hosted environment in order to configure the solution, and that access often allows them to see some Personal Data of some or all customer users.
Project Hosts offers free tours, trials, and test-drives both from its main website and other websites like msepmonlinetour.com and crmhosts.com. The Personal registration Data collected from these free services is shared with Microsoft and possibly also with a partner who may provide a branded version of Project Hosts' free services. By registering for these free services, users consent to the sharing of Personal Data between Project Hosts, Microsoft and a possible partner who may be providing a branded version of the service.
Project Hosts may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Project Hosts or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Project Hosts and our family of Web sites; or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Project Hosts employees or agents, users of Project Hosts products or services, or members of the public.
