1. Help preparing your Microsoft Office Project 2003 databases for migration
2. A tool to securely upload your 2003 databases to a dedicated server in one of Project Hosts' secure, SAS-70 certified data centers
3. EPM engineering services to apply the Microsoft migration tools to your implementation
4. EPM consultants to:
   • identify issues (e.g. links to SharePoint, 2003 prep not done completely)
   • help you make choices related to 2007 (e.g. different mappings for custom fields, views, reports, etc.)
   • rewrite up to 20 Data Analysis views
   • create documentation detailing all the steps and changes required for your particular migration
   • provide up to 8 hours of administrator training
5. Ability to test the migrated, hosted Microsoft Office Project 2007 environment for up to 30 days

At this point, you can decide to:

• Activate your migrated solution in the cloud with Project Hosts. You can calculate your ongoing hosting fees with our pricing calculator
• *OR*
• Install your new version on premise. Your solution provider may charge fees to help you do this.

What’s not included, but can be quoted separately:

• Migration services for more than 100 users
• Additional administrator, developer or user training
• Migrating custom SharePoint templates and/or web-parts
• Migrating SQL Reporting Services reports
• Rewriting more than 20 Data Analysis views
• Onsite migration assistance
