Project Hosts provides a number of ways in which customers and partners can immediately experience a cloud-based PPM, CRM and SharePoint solution. Depending on your specific needs, we offer TOURS, DEMOS, and TRIAL POC's, each of which is described below.
TRIALS (POCs) - Request a Trial / Proof of Concept
A Trial (or Proof of Concept) allows your organization to try a customized PPM, CRM, or SharePoint deployment for 30 days at a reduced price. Trials help you speed the deployment of Microsoft PPM, CRM, or SharePoint within your organization. Trials fees do not include any long term commitments or contracts. Trials are typically coordinated with one of our ecosystem partners (Application Partner or Consulting Partner) that can customize the solution to fit your unique requirements. This allows your organization to fully evaluate the solution before making a long term purchase decision. With a Trial, you also get the flexibility to easily transition to our standard monthly hosting term, or a longer-term hosting contract.
TOURS - Take a live tour of PPM, CRM or SharePoint from your browser.
Our no-charge, cloud-based Tours include Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), CRM and SharePoint solutions. The Tours are a live instance of the actual product, giving you a great way to familiarize yourself and others within your organization with the power and accessibility of a cloud-based solution. The Tours are active for 7-days and provide a self-guided, scripted walk through product, or you can opt to explore the product on your own.

For our eco-system of Applications and Consultative Partners, we offer Custom Cloud Partner Demo environments. Much like a Trial (or Proof of Concept) demo, these environments are custom-built for your PPM, CRM or SharePoint solution. This equips and enables you to engage your prospects and clients with a live, fully functional cloud-based solution in your pre-sale activities. With this cloud-based solution we eliminate the need for you to setup and configure and maintain on-site demo environments and speed your sales cycle.
