Project Hosts has a growing need for talented Linux Systems Engineers. The most successful candidates will be self-motivated, have a knack for debugging complex system interactions, task automation and shell scripting. The ability to learn new skills and grow your current skill set will be critical to you and your team as we face new technologies and challenges daily.
You will be part of a team at the forefront of building and maintaining solutions for complex multi-server Linux based solutions.
Below you will find two roles that we would like to fill immediately.
You must be a “lawful permanent resident of the United States” as our DoD contracts require this.
Junior Linux System Engineer
You should have 1+ years Linux server administration experience
You will be part of an awesome team responsible for Linux server builds, maintenance, and support of complex, multi-server deployments
You must have a knack for debugging complex system interactions
You must be good at shell scripting and task automation
Drupal and WordPress experience would be great assets to have but are not required
MySQL and/or Oracle experience would be great assets to have but are not required
You must be self-motivated to learn new skills and grow in your current skill set as you and your team will face new technologies and challenges every day
You must have the desire to be part of an established team of engineers with many years of experience!
